Armenian vice speaker: no alternative to international recognition of ArtsakhMarch 6, 2012 - 18:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 6, delegation of the Armenian parliament headed by National Assembly vice speaker Eduard Sharmazanov met with speaker of Lithuanian Seimas Irena Degutienė in Vilnius.
