The appointment of Shirak province governor has been put on government’s March 7 agenda.

According to media outlets, deputy head of Armenian National Security Service Felix Tsolakyan is likely to assume the post, with the latter, however, refuting the rumors.

Lieutenant General Felix Tsolakyan was born in 1952 in Nerkin Jrap village of Shirak province.
