Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan briefed on priorities in the rpublic's defense sector during "Security and Cooperation in Caucasus and Around It" conference in Yerevan.

"Defense reforms target modernization of efficiency growth, neutralization of military threats and contribution to global security," he said, adding that reforms should be carried out simultaneously in all countries of the region.
