Iran and Armenia are discussing the possibility of building an additional bridge over the Arax River. This was announced by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi during a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, as reported by Aysor.am .

“It will facilitate cargo transportation,” Araghchi stated.

Mirzoyan noted that both countries are also exploring ways to increase their trade turnover to $3 billion.

A presentation will also be held in Yerevan for the Armenian translation of Araghchi’s book The Power of Negotiations. The foreword to the Armenian edition was written by Minister Mirzoyan. The translation was supported by the Embassy of Iran in Armenia.
