Serdar Kılıç, Turkey's special representative for the normalization of Armenia–Turkey relations, addressed the issue of constitutional amendments during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. When asked whether Turkey had demanded constitutional changes from Armenia, he responded:
"Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has also made statements about constitutional reform. In that context, Armenia will make the necessary amendments to its Constitution," he said, as reported by Haqqin.az .
Kılıç also noted that discussions are ongoing with Armenia regarding the restoration of the historic Ani bridge.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had earlier stated during a joint press conference with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier that Azerbaijan's demands to Armenia are known — including the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group and constitutional changes allegedly addressing "territorial claims against Azerbaijan."
