Arman Musinyan: Decision of ANC to refuse from mandates in the Yerevan City Council is not subject to change
"We think, that the Central Electoral Committee of Armenia is a criminal body, which falsified elections," press secretary of the Armenian National Congress Arman Musinyan told a PanARMENIAN.net reporter.
According to Musinyan, ANC made an official statement on refusing from their mandates in the Yerevan City Council, since regards the elections of May 31, 2009 as illegitimate and falsified. Decision of ANC to refuse from mandates in the Yerevan City Council is not subject to change, ANC press secretary says.
The law does not allow ANC to refer a claim to RA Constitutional Court to recognize the results of election as illegitimate, Arman Musinyan added.
